PVR Cinemas — Voucher for PVR Privilege Popcorn not received

I had enrolled for PVR privilege program on 21-Dec-2021 and in the T&C, it was mentioned that "Members will receive a voucher of Free Privilege Popcorn (Salted) on first transaction of INR.100 or greater, post enrolment".

I booked tickets using PVR website on 22-Dec-2021 and paid Rs.819.93, however I have still not received the voucher for popcorn and do not see the voucher in the Privilege section in the Profile. I have not received any message about the Privilege Popcorn as well. Please check and resolve this issue.
