PVR Cinemas — VR mall parking yard was full.. we are not allowed inside the Mall.. so reschedule the movie time or refund the amount

Hi...

We booked for 7pm movie on December 24th 2023 in V R mall PVR cinemas... as the parking was full, securities didn't allow us inside the mall... so we missed our show... From that time we are connecting the PVR customer care support but no response from them till now... I have attached the ticket with this complaint...
