Dear pvr team By mistake i have booked tickets for jun 01 2018 instead of jun 03 2018 for 1.30 show at pvr arena mall, the booking was done through bookmyshow, booking id is - wjzf2bw Tried calling the customer care of bookmyshow, howeve they said the theatre doesn't give the preference, tried customer care for pvr but no answer post the language selection option Theatre: pvr arena mall, doddanekundi, mahadevapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560037 Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per the new maharashtra govt. Law, no multiplex can prohibit the consumers from taking outside food in... However, when I called PVR to confirm the same, they told that since they haven't received any notice from government, they will now allow it.
It is so frustrating that they have the guts to go against the law.
