pvt — Makemytrip not processing refund for cancelled flight

This refers to Booking ID NF766O8U9NEB6JFQ3267 for flight booked via makemytrip(MMT).
The airIndia flight from Bangalore to Kolhapur (scheduled departure on 20Mar'22) was cancelled . I have email confirmation from AirIndia on flight cancellation. However after 3+ weeks I am still awaiting for refund.
I raised the refund request (Special Claim Request ID :[protected] with MMT on 21st Mar. The MMT app does not reflect meaningful refund status and the MMT phone number listed on their website does not give any option to connect with the customer service representative. It plays automated msg that refund is in progress and then disconnects. There is also no email or chat option available on MMT website or APP to check the status.
In summary I have email confirmation from AirIndia on cancelled flight but MMT is not processing the refund and gives no option (email or phone) to connect with their customer service. In otherwords MMT is blocking the refund for cancelled flight.
