I booked a flight months in prior to travel internationally to india from United States. It was supposed to be a flight with 2 stops one in Doha and the other in Boston. Randomly my flight was updated and a stop was added in Chicago after Boston and I called Qatar airways customer service multiple times and didn’t receive any kind of proper assistance. They disconnected my call after keeping me on hold for 2 hours and the other time told me to talk to American Airlines because that flight was operated by them which was so misguiding because I booked my flight through Qatar airways. The customer agents I spoke to were rude, one name I remember was Fathima from the Qatar office. I was sent back and forth to Qatar airways and American Airlines and still don’t have an answer from them. I filled a complaint on their website and still haven’t gotten a response. I demand some kind of response regarding this or I will file another case with the International court of law. This is just pathetic service by Qatar airways.
