In Cochin international airport check in counter 20 ( web check in baggage drop) on 28/03/2022 at 7:39am the ground staff at this counter was communicating rudely to me. As i require quarantine at doha I have provided hotel booking by company, i showed her the booking reference and the mail with all the details which is required. But she refused to give the boarding pass claiming that she needs a certain type of format. After requesting by company and received the same. Then again I showed it and she declined it . She needs a image of DQ hotels in that. She was treating me like I was not even a human being. I request the authorities to take action against these non-customer friendly staffs for the growth.
