Qi Spine Clinic — Faced severe shock while taking treatment

I was taking my treatment in QI spine for my shoulder and leg pain. I had paid Rs. 21, 000 full amount for 21 sessions. On 10 April 2023, when I was undergoing my regular session that’s is 9th session I felt a huge amount of painful shock from the micro machine through which I was been given the treatment. Please check the CCTV footage which will show the exact occurrence.
After this unexpected deadly situation which has occurred, I am very much afraid to undergo further treatments therefore I need the money that I have paid for my treatment till 23 June 2023.
The management did not even asked about my health out of curtesy after this incidence took place. Even after complaining to the customer services, no further action was taken place.
Therefore I cannot trust anymore on these sessions and so I need my balance amount of Rs. 12, 000 to be refunded immediately as we had paid immediately.
