We consulted for my mother (age-57) on 19-Aug-23 and paid 28000₹ immediately for 28 sessions. The treatment duration told was 9 weeks. We decided to go with the treatment trusting the doctors of QI Spine and hoping that she would get better.
During consultation, she was asked to forward-bend multiple times for checkup. As a result, after her first session (no devices only microcurrent), she had to take bed rest for 10 days and could not go for another session!!!

In every session thereafter with Dr. Jimisha, she was asked to forward-bend one time. As a result, her pain never subsided.
In her fifth session with Dr. Jimisha (after a period of 1.5 months) and their senior doctor Dr. Richa, where both were aware that forward-bending aggravates her pain, she was again asked to forward-bend multiple times. And Dr. Richa increased the treatment duration to 4 months from 2.25 (9 weeks). As a result of bending, she is still suffering from severe pain and has to take bed rest every now and then. And surprisingly Dr. Jimisha again increased the treatment duration to 6 months!!!

QI spine calls their doctors ‘Spine Specialists’. I highly doubt their qualifications because they're only increasing the treatment duration by asking to forward-bend every time. FORWARD-BENDING IS CLEARLY HARMFUL FOR SPINE PATIENTS. THEY COULD’VE GOOGLE’D IT DAMN IT!
They've just trained somebody for a couple months to use the devices. They cannot be physiotherapists.

My mother was better before we came to QI Spine. So QI Spine is entirely responsible for worsening her condition. Their unqualified practitioners, careless behaviour, lack of knowledge, lack of interest to cure the patient, salary oriented approach and lack of attention even when there’s nobody in the clinic on weekdays!
Their patient experience team is so horribly pathetic that they don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails and they disconnect the call when you try to call them!

To summarise, QI Spine is only experimenting with patients! Such fraud cheats are the reason people have lost trust in doctors!!
