Qnet — Qnet product refund for IR distributor within 7 days

I have joined the QNET as IR distributor 3 days ago my friend didn't told me the full details about the process.He told me that the refund is not available in our team but as per QNET policy refund can be applied before 7 days of purchase my purchase was done on 23/12/2022 but they used a different mail I haven't received my bill yet and they are saying it is a protocol not to share the bill with me is this the way the company follow .They only told me the IR no which is IM073610 i tried many different ways to apply for refund but nothing was possible so please help me to get my money.
