According to the Consumer Protection Act of 2019, if a customer is dissatisfied with a product, the amount must be refunded.
I am still filling out the KYC procedure.
Kindly refund my amount asap.
My upline introduced me to this business without any information about network marketing, saying it's an e-commerce business with Rs. 350000 in USD 4245.20 as an investment.
There was no proper response from Qnet customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences ever
Even in the middle, I asked that this type of business is not e-commerce, and still he insisted you'd get success and didn't tell me this business type until the refund period.
They misled us with the wrong information. Since day 1, I have asked about the real business of Q-Net. then only I know the real one. Now I am not interested in doing this business in Q-Net.
