Qnet — refund not received

On feb 17, 2020, i had raised a complaint for the cancellation of my distribution id and refund of money (Rs 3.5 lakh) from qnet (Vihaan india pvt ltd) on this platform. After that company contacted me and, over the next few weeks, asked me to change the registered email id and to provide it documents including bank account details to process my refund. I changed the registered email id and provided the company all the requested documents.

Then on 11 mar, 2020, company sent me an email to inform me that my refund request has been processed and assured me that they will make the payment and same will be credited into my account within 30 days (Screenshot attached). After nearly 30 days, as i did not receive the payment, i sent couple of emails to the company to update me on the status of my refund and requested them to process the same at the earliest. But the company did not reply to my emails.

Now even after 30 days, the company has not refunded my money.

Please help me in getting the refund from the company.

My ir id (As given by company) is in232204.

Thanks for the reply.

Kindly note that you had conveyed to me last time that I will get the refund within 30 days. Now it has been more than 30 days. I should have received the refund by now. But still I have not received the refund.

Could you please let me know why have you not made the payment till now and what is the reason behind the delay.

I will really appreciate if you could make the payment in the next couple of days as already much time has passed.

But still you have made the payment for only 2.55 lakh out of 3.5 Lakh. Please let me know when can I receive the rest of the payment.
