On feb 17, 2020, i had raised a complaint for the cancellation of my distribution id and refund of money (Rs 3.5 lakh) from qnet (Vihaan india pvt ltd) on this platform. After that company contacted me and, over the next few weeks, asked me to change the registered email id and to provide it documents including bank account details to process my refund. I changed the registered email id and provided the company all the requested documents.
Then on 11 mar, 2020, company sent me an email to inform me that my refund request has been processed and assured me that they will make the payment and same will be credited into my account within 30 days (Screenshot attached). After nearly 30 days, as i did not receive the payment, i sent couple of emails to the company to update me on the status of my refund and requested them to process the same at the earliest. But the company did not reply to my emails.
Now even after 30 days, the company has not refunded my money.
Please help me in getting the refund from the company.
