Request for Relieving Letter and Full and final settlement.

Dear sir/Madam,

I am writing to follow up on my request for my relieving letter and full and final settlement, As I was appointed as a FIELD EXECUTIVE (Grade 3)in Rural lending financial sales on 16th August 2021. I issued my one-month notice period on 1/october/2022. As you may recall, my last day of work was on [1/Nov/2022], and I have been waiting for the completion of the settlement process ever since. When I asked for an update from HR department representative personnel via phone, he replied that I would receive the Full and final settlement in the 1st week of April. But now there is no response from them.

Please provide me with an update on the status of my request and the reasons for the delay. I understand that processing these documents may take some time, but it has been an unreasonably long time since I submitted my request.

I want to remind you that these documents are essential for my future employment opportunities, and the delay in receiving them is causing me considerable inconvenience and stress. I request your cooperation and prompt action in this matter.
