I had to book a cab for afternoon but as there is no AM or PM is mentioned on website i got confused and i booked cab for midnight. On website there is no cancellation process is there. i called up customer care instantly with in one minute and ask them to cancel. But they said its confirmed and cannot be cancelled. I said i have just booked due to incorrect timing was showing, but they still charged the cancellation charges.
This is incorrect way, the website is not designed properly to show mid night or afternoon timing. How they can confirm booking instantly. They should give 5 min to 10 min of booking time. So that if there is incorrect booking is done then that could be cancelled.
Also there is no provision to rectify such mistakes. If booking is cancelled within 5 minute of booking time then also it should allow to cancel.
Sometimes we book in advance by one day but still quick cab cancel the booking just 5 min before the booked time. Then there is no fine. It's not a fair policy.
We should take action against these incorrect policies.
