[Resolved]  Quick Cabs — misbehaving and faulty penalty making organisation

I wanted to hire a taxi from Faridabad to old Delhi rly stn on 22 Mar 2014, i made a call to Quick cabs at around 11 am, they said they will inform me 70 minutes prior, i said ok. I waited till 05: 30 pm then a message came on my mobile saying " Dear VINOD, Thanks for choosing Quick Cabs.For your own safety Pls ensure that cab arriving for your pick up is same as mentioned in this confirmation sms.Vehicle No:DL 1RT 1467 EECO, Driver:MAHESH KUMAR, Cell No:[protected].Book online and get instant confirmation, Pls login at www.quickcabs.in" Immediately after which I received a call from above mentioned driver as he denied the taxi to fetch up my trip. I arranged some other taxi as i had to catch train with my family. But I could not swallow their irresponsible behaviour, I thought at least i should apprise them by calling on their no, i called ok that driver has agreed now, I said no, i have made arrangements somewhere else but i am totally unhappy becoz of shear unprofessional attitude of your services. they said Sir you will have to pay Rs 100 now as you are denying the trip or we will blacklist your number for future. This is their behavior, if i would have not apprised them of their fault they would have not penalized me of Rs 100/. Now as an AAM AADMI i want to bring this to their as will as other people notice that beware of these stupid fellows, secondly i am 100% sure in near future if they don't improve they will perish soon in this era of very high competition and utter professionalism
