Quick Yatra — closed portal without notice fraud company

We have recently started using the quicj yatra services for rail ticket, money transfer, aeps and other available services. But due to the careless attitude of the staff, we have been facing difficulties in operating this portal. Out of available only two rail ticket & bank account opening are functional and we are waiting for the activation of other services. At the time of purchasing the portal, an amount of rs. 5500/- have been paid.in last 2 months we realize that it was a blunder mistake to purchase this portal. We are tortured by the customer care and other responsible officials. Our problems are:
1. Which aeps service prover take 5 days to credit the amount. On 11.01.2020 we done a transaction of rs. 10 thousand, but we are waiting for the updation of this amount in our main wallet. Will the custoer wait for 5 days for his hard earned money.
2. Uti pan service is half functional even after many requests.
3. Other services including money transfer, jan sewa kendra, gst not activated yet.
