Hi,
I have bought an item from Quiker.com on 27th June. There was an offer in which, if we buy an item worth more than 4000INR, we will get a cash back of 1000INR & free delivery.
I bought a mattress worth 10000INR & am eligible for the same. They have delivered the item on 30th June at 11pm. And the mattress was damaged since they have not packed properly. Also when I asked for the cash back, they have informed me that, the quicker guy will come & give the next day. The quicker guy was not with them, they were just transporter. Since it was too late in the night, I accepted it signed the delivery note with a comment, Item delivered & cash back not received.
On 2nd July I called their customer care no & informed about this matter & I have been informed that, forwarded the request to concerned dept. & will revert back asap. There was no action after that.
Again I have wrote a mail to [protected]@quicker.com & got the same reply.
