[Resolved]  Quikr.com — Made a payment but transaction canceled reason seller already sold

Hi i am supreeth, i purchased samsung s duos mobile from quikr.com on 26/07/2016. Quikr posted the that item for rs 1049, after this i paid the amount then the transaction was completed, and i got a call from quikr for the confirmation purpose, next day i got a message from quikr that he sellerhas not been reachable, we will try again and keep you posted,
After that i got another message like unfortunately the seller already sold the item not to worry we are going to refund your amount,

Regarding this issue i had some question to them,

1) if the product is sold before why the add post not showing product was soldout,?
2) is it not ur responsibility that u should take of all these stuffs, r u just act like an intermidiater for the money sake, do u not having an concern about buyrs?
3) if do u have seller and buyeer policy what it tell?
4) is this not ur resposnsibality to take care about these type of sellers?
5) is this not ur responsibility that if i bought the item it should be the final transaction and the seller should give the product whatever, is it not come in ur policy (If it is not menstion it should be the fake policy its not for buyer supportive its only for quikr supportive)?
6) now i want to see that add showing like the add is no longer avilabe on 27/8/16, but at morning 27/8/16 and yesterday 26/8/16 post was showing like sold (Ad[protected], i had a doubt on quikr only, is it true?
7) i[censored] dont know about thesee responsibalities why should quikr? Seller buyer we will directly talk with out u right.
Can quikr give answer to all these questions?

Regarding this today 28/7/2016 i received the cal from quikr, the first word from their side
Orry u are mistaken its the seller mistake, he sell it throught offline, not via online

Regarding this i had some question,

If seller want to sell the product throught offline, why he posted as ur policy on quikr?
Is it not ur responsibility to take care of all these issue come under ur policy
Is it not ur website where i purchase the item, is that payment gateway belongs to quikr or seller?
How let him to sell throught offline? Is ur policy not menstion this, if it not menstion (I[censored] want any sujjestion contact me)
How much ways do u have to fool the buyers in the name of seller and fake policies?

Finally i thought its my mistake i am planning to buy the product from the quikr. Ha ha ha
