I purchased a hp laptop and paid through online. That product is not delivered and not paid back my money.

I have called to customer care and not took any action. Every time they are saying they will be looking into that and no update on it afterwards.

no status on the website nothing regarding the order except the add id.
No information is provided regarding the complaint status .
