[Resolved] Quikr — sale proceeds

I had posted an advertisement with quikr india website for sale of my micromax phone with 1gb sd card (Ad id:[protected].
Where a buyer deposited a sum of rs.600/-, with quikr being sale price for my micromax phone with 1 gb sd card.
Whereas on dated[protected], quikr door step delivery, delivered my said phone to a buyer.
Whereas as per quikr terms, the sale proceeds would get transferred to sellers bank açcount within 1 week from date of delivery.
Whereas till date quikr not transferred the sale proceeds of rs.600/- less service charges, rs 514/- to my bank account inspire several complaint made with quikr customer care and also with quikr managing director.
Whereas of late quikr services is very unreliable.
