Hello, This is C.Arvind kumar.My mobile number is [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I have paid 31000/- through cheque and 2500/- through cash towards my premium ad pack of 500 ads anually for my services of (pan card, passport, lic, vehicle insurance, health insurance and voter id card) along with BGS software and samsung galaxy grand 2 mobile phone.my cheque is debited on 21-05-15 and the cheque number is 767945, till now my mobile phone is not delivered.I have called to the customer care 2-3 times but of no use.please register my complaint and kindly do the needful ASAP
