Quo Vadis International — Application submitted after IELTS expiry

One of my friends introduce me Quovadis International for my Canadian Migration Process and I had submit my documents along with fees of INR.82350 in 2012. I had submitted all documents with my IELTS certificate also. Mr. Manoj, the MD told me that my profile is in category list and they have filed my application. But I didnt get any file number or application number. Time passes through and I trust this agency and waited for their reply....
