I didn't sign in the website while I am purchased a product . Will it be deliver? My money has been deducted. If yes, how can I track my order?

I didn't sign in the website while I am purchased a product . My money has been deducted.
The transaction was through razorpay and a razorpay successful transaction email screenshot is attached here. But the page timed out and order wasn't placed. I didn't even get merchant order id. Money was deducted from my account and their is no confirmation of delivery or oder id.
Their customer service is poor and they are not responding properly. I either want the refund or the product delivered.
