I didn't sign in the website while i have done the purchase of 2 products worth Rs 812.20 My money has been deducted but order not yet confirmed.
I have called to consumer care no. But the no. Was switched off. Its really disappointing to have such poor service to consumer.
Could you look into the issue on priority.I want the refund....

I didn't sign in the website while I have done the purchase of 5 products worth 2187.90 rs.. My money has been deducted but order not yet confirmed.
I have already sent mail but no response from the team. Its really disappointing to have such poor service to customer.
Could you please look into the issue on priority. I would request to please refund my money back or items purchased....

The transaction was through razorpay and a razorpay successful transaction email screenshot is attached here. But the page timed out and order wasn't placed. I didn't even get merchant order id.
