R R Enterprise — The delivery man vinod and the gas agency

The delivery boy is very bad person, he started abusing me and started using slang . And the gas agency r r enterprise does not care about customer calling many times .I spoke to supervisor there they received once call and said you need to listen what delivery boy is saying because he has union here so if he is asking to pay you delivery amount how much is that amount please pay to him . Supervisor is just lying saying gas will be delivered tomorrow every time .
Now i am really tired of i raise a complaint to indane online . R r enterprise people are not listening anything if i say also i am going to raise complaint to consumer forum they are like please go ahead .
The delivery boy created a scene and he asked me to take cylinder form road .
Why should i pay extra to him when the cash memo has some other amount to pay including delivery charges and all other changes.And also the delivery boy has never called me and they are cancelling the cash generated memo giving reason " door closed "

Solution -
Please asked delivery boy to speak softly and ask him to do job properly he was like abusing me in front of all neighbour .This is my request . And request is for r r enterprise people to take their responsibility and perform their duty by listening to customer .
