I ordered my Sony headphones and power bank online and received the damaged power bank and JBL used headphones instead of SONY.Initially when we ordered the product i didn't received any confirmation message or mail from them and as promised the products are not received on time. suddenly one day i received a message your order is out for delivery and keep your amount ready and is received by my friend instead of me and she got trapped and paid them on my behalf.I WANT TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST SUCH SELLERS.Please help me and other consumers too.
