R. S. Yadav Travels — amenities (blanket) not given with sleeper seats instead of such a high and normally taken care..

Sir,
I had payed 3198 rupees for two sleeper seats in rs yadav bus.
And for this money i was assured two sleeper seats with blankets.
But there was no blanket given.
Instead, they were telling me stories, why they can't give me...
I didn't get my own blanket, now i could not sleep well.
Who is responsible for the inconvenience caused.
Please refund a part of my bill, attached, for the journey of 21st oct, otherwise i do feel cheated.
