25 feb am moving from jammu to delhi on sharp evening 8.30 pm till now 26 feb 1:45 pm afternon it tooks him 17 hours to Reach in Delhi when I ask the driver why are you so late even you dont know the proper Path he try to hit me and abuse me is this a way to deal with your passanger. We are not travelling free in your so called bus .
I am going to complaint about your bus and driver what he did with me....

I am pallavi. I have told them on07/11/23 to book some material of 11 boxes from delhi to khatima. But, they booked it for Rupaidiha.
Instead of continuous calls and msgs, they didn't took a single action. Even the bus was gone.
Now, who would bear this cost and
inconvenience caused to my client?...

I got into a bus accident in may 16 at Agra-lucknow expressway etahawa and i got injured at that buss accident.i want to complaint that they are not taking any responsibility for the compansation of my health treatment....

I have a serious concern if the online booking was expected for Ghaziabad why driver is asking to drop me at another drop point as bus will not go to selected drop point.

Why have a charged for the dropping point if you can’t make us reach there. please respond to my query asap.

Dear one of my luggage ( trali bag ) courier Mayur Vihar delhi to Gorakhpur but still today revived my luggage are damaged, my elder sister marries and I sent a Marrige gift for luggage .
And RS Yadav drivers are daily basis drive with alcohol even that bus accident .

Request to provide new bag or pag prize of Rs.2500/- that i purchase new gift of my sister .

Bus break down on firozabad agra road ... driver didn't take any action...he slept at hotel service...all traveler faces problems...r s yadav didn't take any recv call ...now time is 2:47 am.

I have booked sleeper from azamgarh to delhi pnr no.[protected]. Initially ac was not working and felt Saphocation. Before 78 kilometre from agra bus broke down and now I am seating on the floor....

I booked a bus from Lko to Delhi on 13th Feb 2023. Bus is running late for 4 hour and there is no information from the agency. I have to catch a flight from Delhi so i decided to take another bus on urgent basis. I had requested the agency to cancel my ticket and issue a refund, because i cannot wait for the bus till 4:00 am in the morning.
So please, cancel my ticket and issue a refund asap....

I took a bus on 26th June 2022 evening from Rupaidiha, that bus was very old making lots of noise and producing very gross smell inside the bus (smell must be of tyre and petrol mix)

It is very uncomfortable n unsafe to customer to travel in that kind of vehicle which do not have proper maintainance and servicing..

Even bus is old u can maintain it.
I felt like I will not take you travel agency service...

We booked seats in RS yadav bus from sardar petrol pump, Morena. Varanasi to New Delhi. However when we saw our seats it was made a slight side of a single space. They charged us for double seats. The conductor in your bus was drunk at the time of bus operation and sitting more than enough seats, making too much noise and standing at the place when the bus does not stop at the place, not being good to the passengers, please kindly person with such a bleak image Don't keep the name of your traveller as bad

The Light of Seat is not working moreover the window is closed by wooden board for only this seat which makes it like a prison cell for me as I face the clastrophobic after some time moreover the washroom is also closed. So overall I can say that RS Yadav Bus Service is not good at all and I will make sure that my followers of Twitter or any other social media platform would not plan a trip in this bus....

This travel company is taking wrong advantage of people's helplessness.
