I have paid for a new broadband connection on 25th and was informed that I will get it by 27th or 28th. Till today they have not installed the broadband and they are not taking my complaints as well.They have given weirdest of excuses and I am tired of listeing to their excuses. Either they need to refund the complete amount or they need to install the net. I am ready to go to government redressal forum if required. Their service is simply not acceptable
