Raajnett Internet India Private Limited — Money taken but no connection | |||||
Hi i belong to kolathur, i have contacted for an internet connection from raajnett. I paid 2400 which is 3 month payment in advance on 15th march. While taking the money the executive told me that the connection will be given with in 7 working days. But after being repeated follow up with the person responsible in that area i have been told that they are waiting for a part to come from mumbai and not sure when it will come. My question is when they know they couldn't provide the connection the moment then what is the reason for collecting the money. Only customer service people are good cause they really worried for the issues and listen patiently and take the complaint. however the people who are all there in the field are so lethargic and least bother about customer concern. they are very good in collecting the money in advance however after we try to connect with they we get zero response. the will try to give connection according to there own convenient timing. today whey I was check with the person responsible for my area i have been told that they are waiting for the instrument which will distribute internet to house, and that goods in transit and they don't have a clarity when it will reach Chennai. such a case why they are collecting money in advance and how will they compensate us for the waiting period. will TRAI take action against the company ? can we connect with TRAI for there falls commitment and poor customer service?

Even I am facing same issue at perungdi. Selva was the salesman, his no is [protected], I have paid 2745 including tax as 3 months advance, now he is not lifting my call. I dont know whether i will get money back also now or its gone.
This happens only in India, not at all a customer friendly environment. its our hard earned money, they should be penalized, so that they will not do this again as a practice.

you are right this happen in india only as it goes to the deaf ears of the corporate as its owned by muscle man politicians. this is also a way of fraudulent activity need to be taken to task.
Hello guys..please dont take up any connction cuz this is a fraud company..I have also applied unknowingly n its been 3 months I didnt get any connction..
