Raajnett — No Internet Connection for upto 12 days. #TKT[protected] | |||||
Hi, My Name is John, subscribed to RaajNett interconnection. User ID: MVM2915 I've filed a complaint with RaajNett on 08/10/2016 stating that I do not have internet connection starting from 06/10/2016. They have stated that the problem is from my end and I need to check my computer and router. I've checked my computer and router with a Tech and everything is working and the problem is not from my end. I've again sent email to them stating that the issue is not resolved. I've received a reply twice from them that will look into but none bothered to come and check what the exact problem is. They have ignored 6 of my emails. As they are not willing to resolve the issue, I requested them to cancel my subscription and refund the due amount. They have not replied. Whenever I make a call to to RaajNett landline number, I receive an automated message and nobody picks up the call to respond. It has been more than 12 days and the issue is not resolved.
