Raajnett — No internet connectivity.. Worst isp

For the past 2 months there is no internet connectivity for more than 30 days now and i have called the customer care more than 50 times to get this fixed. All they know to say is a technician will come to your place to fix it but no 1 comes to fix it. They do not even know how to troubleshoot internet problems. All they want is money from customers and are not bothered about the service. Worst isp ever.

No response from customer care and any of raajnet customer care...if we call no one will respond. what is the use of customer care. tried 25 times...fed up of tried calling them. waste of money and our time
