Raajnett — Raajnett-connection-not-provided-and-unable-to-contact-the-call-center-executive-for-past 5 Days | |||
Hi, we are residing at thoraipakkam, vinayaga nagar, We have requested for an Internet connection from your network on last Monday (31.08.2015) on the promise from your marketing team (Mr.Sugumar) that the connection will be given in 3 days since the next door connection from my office is also Raaj Networks. On the provided promise from your team we have cancelled the existing TIKONA connection from our office today. Now the technical team says it will take more than 8 days for the new connection to obtain. The response given by your technical team and marketing team is really unimpressive. They have not attested our problems for the past 4 days. The sales executive, Mr.Sukumar is not picking up the call as well. His mobile no. is [protected]. I never have seen like this worst service. RaajNett has to improve their service. I am not looking prepaid connection. The sales person had never disclosed this information.
Raajnett has to consider below aspects for prepaid service
1. Raajnett should give assurance for speed drop. The speed should not go below than primary speed at any cause.
2. Raajnett should give assurance for connection stability.
3. Raajnett should include previous moth balance download in the current moth
Raajnett is simply inactivating the connection after 30 days. They are never considering customer experience. Customer has to call and explain about last month difficulties after connection inactivated even there is no option to extend the days in their system. Customer need to wait or spend more than 10 min in the call to talk to their GOLD customer care all the times.
I don’t have internet connection around 14 days in the month of November 2016. I had faced speed drop issues many times. I had called and raised complaints for the same even they are inactivated my connection after 30 days as per Raajnett policy.
As a customer I am not satisfying with their system and service. Now I have raised the request for disconnection.
