It's pathetic, one of the worst customer service i have come across, i have done payment for 2 months till now the service not rendered, you should at least show some empathy to the one who is paying you money, i[censored] can't why the hell u people asking to prepay, u people are cheating us, u didn't even hired single person to discuss about customer issue in customer service, only ivr sound none of them picking the call, no courtesy to reply back the customer, each and every rupee u cheat is from our hard work, really you people will pay for this

People do not even try to approach Raajnett to check the tariff or plans, I can guarantee 100000% u will never get a fair service from them, I can't even comment as bad service because there is no service at all to justify as good and bad
