Raghu — Upgrade of SBI card

Hi,
I have been trying to stop my SBI credit card upgrade from SBI gold to SBI Elite. The reason being i have to pay Rs. 4999/ year as annual charges. When i received call from SBI representative, i was misinformed and confusing. I have been trying to stop the upgrade for last 2 days and there has been no response.

Below are the complaint id's for the same.
