I have applied (physically handover the documents) Crop certificate for my crop which is located in Melmala village, chamaraj nagar district for S. no 270, 271/1, 271/2, 272/1, its been 25 days, certificate not issued, every time i go and ask, they are saying server is not opening. there is a problem with online website, this is so pathetic, wondering Bangalore is IT Capital from karnataka and the people are facing this...

Due to technical error on SBI online recharge option for prepaid phone. We happened to recharge twice for Rs 599/-
Our account got charged twice.
We request you to kindly refund the extra recharge amount since it happened by mistake due to technical error....

I have been trying to stop my SBI credit card upgrade from SBI gold to SBI Elite. The reason being i have to pay Rs. 4999/ year as annual charges. When i received call from SBI representative, i was misinformed and confusing. I have been trying to stop the upgrade for last 2 days and there has been no response.
