Raheja Developers — 2 BHK flat in Krishna Raheja affordable homes

I have booked a flat in Raheja Krishna housing scheme in 2015, we are now in July 2022 and there is no development. They are just saying will deliver in 2023 end but doenst look like as there is no work going on the site.
