I have purchased a carrier ac last year from rahul electronic and they do after sales service for any sale that they hence carrier has informed that if installation is done by 3rd party they will not provide any after sales service. Sachin from. Rahul electronic had promise that they will provide 1 yr after sale service without any extra charge ac was purchase on the 09/05/2020. I had requested the ac to be transferred to my new home which i paid as it is not covered under warranty. I had lodge a complaint for service as my ac was not working properly on the 01/05/2021 til date no one has visited my place and they do not answer my calls they behaved rudely with my wife on me on call i have still been waiting for service technician to visit my place. I have attached the pic if the copy of invoice.
