Pathetic after sales service provided they offer in hoise warranty and do not provide service saying is covid they can sell product however for service they don't have people fridge purchase in Dec 2018 with extended warranty for 2 yrs complain lodge 3 weeks ago no resolution till date whenever call as they don't follow up only one response will be done in 4 days that never come Fridge has been not switch off since more than 2 weeks and rahul electronic does not want to provide alternative solutions as we have to follow up with them as they do not follow up on complain for callback promised for update Was this information helpful? |
