Railrestro is the most irresponsible company ever. I ordered food at 7.44pm(prepaid), to be delivered at Gooty station at 8.30pm. Didn’t receive the food. Called 25-30 times no satisfactory response. Manager sleeping at home, I’m suffering here. Have to wait for 24 hours to talk to manager. Have to wait for 3-5 working days for refund. You can’t deliver at next station. Do you believe in cust. Satisfaction? One agent said out of 10, we can’t deliver 2 orders on a daily basis. 20% missed orders & u call yourself a company? Agents are disconnecting phone on my face. There is no one on the floor who can handle my concern. Had it been any other country the company would have to regret this but this is India my friend. There is no such thing called cust. service, satisfaction, cust. Value, timeliness. IndianRailways please do no allow such frauds for food delivery in train.
