I placed a food order for my father through the railrestro web page at around 2100hrs to receive my order at Saharanpur Station while travelling through train no 12238. My father did not get order delivered at the station with no update from railrestro even after getting order placed as well as accepted by railrestro. Even I called two times to customer care for ensuring delivery of food so that my father did not get sleep with empty stomach. It's very unprofessional behaviour shown by the railrestro customer care too.
