Railrestro — undelivered online food parcel

We had ordered food to be delivered at rourkela station. The order was confirmed from railrestro's end. However, we didn't recieve any parcel. While train was at rourkela station, we called customer care number thrice and recieved same assurance that delivery will happen soon.
Ultimately no delivery happened, when we called again they said sorry we couldn't make it.
Because of this rubbish service, we are not having dinner tonight.
