Hi I ordered food on railyathri app for delivery at daund station with order ID 2968298 and have done online payment of 502 Rs. But the train was late by 4 hrs and train reached destination station 4 hrs late even then our food was not delivered. This is worst service I have experienced. Funny thing is that they dont even have proper customer service which has only one IVR number which says due to covid our services stopped . Railyathri must be held responsible for this, If they dont have customer service why are they still operating . Please initiate my refund as soon as possible. Thank u .
