ACT Fibernet — Useless & shameless people out there. Worst customer care service that i have ever seen

Called up for a new connection on 20th, immediate response to collect the money and docs. After that u just have to forget about your money and connection that you have applied for. The person switch off his phone. When tried reaching customer care. Those blady people take a fresh complaint everytime and commit to resolve in 24hrs. Till date i haven't received any call from them regarding the status of my complaint nor they have tried to resolve it.
Inspite of telling that its a corporate connection and want it immediately. U guys just play around with the customers & their precious time.
If you guys don't have better job pls close your Company.
why the hell do u take the fresh complaint every time we call?? Why the hell there is no one taking action against this issue?? What is your blady problem?? If you are not capable of giving the connection on time. why the hell do u even take the complaint and give false commitment????????????????????
I was promised that the connection will be given on 28th after several calls & follow up till today i haven't seen any person coming from ur end and taking any action.
Shame on you people. U guys are not fit to be in the market.
IF I DON'T GET THE CONNECTION TODAY I WANT REFUND AND COMPENSATION OF RS.50000 FOR THE LOSS THAT WE HAVE FACED BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESSNESS.
