Bus stopped at a place which was open where women couldn't go for urination.

Solution: Please ensure that driver stops the bus where there is proper washroom for women and children to urinate.

Rudeness: The bus driver was rude when asked how can a women urinate in open she stated"in the open else at home" I wonder if he would have said the same to his mother

Solution: Please take necessary action on the driver. We pay and use the bus service. We don't travel free. Train the drivers to be kind to passengers and their queries.
No wonder bus drivers get thrashed by public at times.
