Raj Yamaha — cheating in the name of tax | |||
Hi Team, Recently I serviced my vehicle in Raj Yamaha Navalur for my insurance repair and While submitting the bills provided by that particular service centre, Reliance Insurance company not accepting the bills because it don't have proper information about taxes and they didn't mention anything about the GST number where they pay taxes to government... My doubt here is whether any service centre or any Merchant in India can charge customer without providing GST number in the invoice? And after July 1st can any merchant allowed to charge customer in the name of VAT or any other tax name ? Attaching the invoice provided here.PFA Was this information helpful? | |||
