Rajasthali Textile Designing Corporation — Charged extra beyond the invoice

Dear Sir, I have booked one parcel from M/s Rajasthali Textile Designing corporation, Shree Kartar Shantivilla, Kanti Chand Rd, Bani Park, Jaipur 302016, order no. 5444, date 18/12/2014, total cost Rs. 3500, advance paid Rs. 2000, balance Rs. 1500. When I have received the VPP through post office, they asked me for Rs 1600 (excluding the money order charge 5%, which is Rs 80) instead of outstanding balance Rs. 1500. Still even i paid all the money, and inform the M/s Rajasthali Textile Designing corporation, before and after receiving the parcel. They requested to pay Rs 1600 (+80 post office charge), and reverse back the extra amount (Rs 100), if there is any mistake/misprint. After repeated contact over telephone, they have not return the extra amount (Rs 100) to me till now. Please see the matter. With Thanks and Regards, Jagannath
