We purchased around 6k items from them. we were promised at the time of selling that if you ship it to your hometown it's free of cost but when i got the shipment it's charged at rs. 500. i paid it to them because i had already paid cash to them. its disturbing and upsetting. it's a government run shop with zero transparency. it's a open robbery and they loot people by saying it's a government shop. i want to complain and make sure that my rs. 500 is credited back to me. please take strict action so it doesn't get affect other people. this company cheats it's all the tourist customer and check the reviews for this company. company tin number - [protected]
