Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — My card is showing expired .... due to a technical error

Sir ' i am a student of gca... i recharged my smart card on 29-January-2022.
The office clrk gave me the receipt. But the card is showing expired in the buses...today is the 12th day of this problem...i have to pay for the tickets although I have the car, receipt as well as the messege in my mobile regarding the recharge...
My card is from Pushkar to ajmer...
I paid 654 rupees.
Sir please help me.
