Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Address correction not done

I have applied for making correction in address in my Bses Bill as well as change in name as I have purchased the flat from Smt. Ravinder Kaur against CA No.[protected]. I have requested BSES, Radhu Palace n number of times. They advised me to make the request for name change first and then address change. When I requested the same, they advised me for address change first. Then they advised me to request for name change first. I followed the instructions and submitted all the documents but no action has been taken by BSES till date. Niether they have changed the name nor they have corrected the address.
