My ca number is[protected]. I have complained several times in bses office regarding the bill. There was a problem detected in meter due to which meter has been replaced. Also, bses executive told me that they will review the bill of last one year and provide adjustment by reviewing one month usage accordingly. But, new bill keeps on generating and when i visited their office they told me to pay bill for current month and adjustment will be provided in next month. However, this keeps on going for next 4-5months and finally they said that no adjustment will be provided. Also, again bill is coming very high. There is some problem in the meter or something due to which consumption is showing high but actually consumption is very low. We only use 2 lights in a day or night of less consumption power and geezer sometimes. That is it, on daily basis. We have few more floors whose bill is coming only rs 700-800 maximum and ours is coming more than rs[protected] minimum in winters. We have paid rs[protected] bill per month earlier for which adjustment should be provided as there was fault in meter which was detected by bses. But, inspite of many complaints raised, no action has been taken yet. And we are still facing issues. M very disappointed and i want an action to be taken against my issue and resolve it. I need full adjustment of previous months and to check why still we are facing issue. Please send an expert who can detect the problem on urgent basis. It will be a great help. I am resident of T-700 B. N-13 Baljeet Nagar new delhi 110008, . The bill for the period of November 2018 has been received for rs. 1100 when nobody is living in the house for the last 10-15 days. The last bill we paid was around 840 rupees. Kindly recheck the meter for ca number[protected]
